Trip Report

Today we had calls on the will, Bible translations, and Lutheranism. Much calmer than the last program.

Started out with Dave Hunt and T.A. McMahon simply massacreing Romans 5:12 and 18 (note the all important material in between got lost); we followed this with a study of Shabir Ally’s comments on Surah 112, and we finished up with a discussion of the Steve Ray “I like inflating numbers to make my points and if you dare say

Tomorrow we will move the DL from 2pm EDT to 7pm EDT. I’m heading to Tampa on Wednesday, speaking Thursday and Friday in Brandon, flying red-eye back, and then flying to Southern California for a big Reformed Baptist gathering on the Lord’s Day in celebration of the Reformation. I’ll be speaking about six times over the course of this trip

We went for 90 minutes today because I just had to take the time to respond to the “Vortex” video posted below. We took the first half hour showing all the errors in this slick pro-Romanist video, and then tackled some more of Diaa Mohamed’s comments before finishing off the last half hour with more examination of Bart Ehrman’s claims

Started off with a discussion of Romans 9 and “prepared for destruction,” and then moved into a brief review of Paul Owen’s “I’m a Calvinist. No, really, I mean it” post on the oxymoronic website. Then in the second half of the program we took calls, the first of which was on critical claims about the Gospel of John.
