The first hour was a hodge-podge of topics related to synergism, including a video from Michael Brown on whether we can lose our salvation, material from SBCToday (i.e., the “Traditionalists), etc. Then we talked for a few minutes about Robert Morey, debates, and the infamous “thing/thigh” hadith.

First half an hour or so we talked about Covid and passports and freedoms and the like, then we moved into looking at Trent Horn’s response to a small portion of our discussion of his 2019 Catholic Answers talk on Protestant “distortions” of church history, focusing upon the idea of “the argument from silence.” Almost an hour and 45 minutes
Did a little church history (the Renaissance) and then went to the phones, taking calls on Lutheran baptismal regeneration, Jesus’ words about the day of judgment, grieving and evangelism, hyperdispensationalism, Titus 1:6, the longer ending of Mark, regeneration in the OT, Isaiah’s judgment oracle, and early christian writers. Whew! 1:45 makes it an almost mega jumbo edition, I guess! Here
