Did a Radio Free Geneva today reviewing this video by Bob Wilkins on Calvinists and assurance. Since he mentioned me by name, seemed appropriate to revisit this important issue.

The moral revolution is in the news, with the reveal that David Crosby is the father of the child that is being raised by Melissa Etheridge and her lesbian couple. Dr. White comments on the dangers of abandoning the biblical picture of family.
Went a little long today because I had a lot to cover. First, Neil from Toronto called to give us a quick review of the Hunt/Ally debate from last Friday. Then I launched into Steve Ray’s now completely documented dishonesty, and his promotion of William Albrecht’s video responses to my series on Ignatius. So I reviewed Ray’s blog article (noted
A fast moving jumbo DL today with basically two portions. In the first, I responded to this open letter on the subject of the profanation of marriage. Then we talked about this example of anti-Christian activism, and this amazing statement from the Mayor of DC. Then we moved over to a response to Tyler McNabb’s apostasy as announced on his
Four more devastating refutations (#1, #2, #3, #4) of the man who evidently has no idea how to handle being in way over his head. Yes, I do intend on continuing that series, though given the level to which Holding has sunk in his responses to both myself and Steve Hays, I have no interest at all in engaging him

But we only got halfway through that, as I wanted to review some comments by Karlo Broussard on catholic.com attempting (badly) to parallel atheism with Protestantism (specifically, a belief in sola scriptura).
Started off with the recent Kent Hovind video promoting Gail Riplinger—why? Because a comment was made about 5-point Calvinists in their criticism of “modern translations,” and we wanted to see, and hear, the cultic mindset of the worst of the KJVO movement. Then we moved on to Peter Lumpkin’s new booklet on Calvinism. We will be back tomorrow (since the
It took months, but Matthew Vines and I finally exchanged a series of tweets about my standing invitation to him to debate his claims. It began with someone informing me that I was being mentioned; I then searched for the tweets, and the conversation began: @DrOakley1689 Care to join the conversation? He’s talking about you. . .
