From the Keyboard of James White….
Things have certainly been busy for me over the past 12 months. I am still maintaining my workload of teaching, debating, writing, broadcasting, etc. And now with a new book and more to come, time seems very elusive. Speaking of new books, The Potter’s Freedom is now available and I am simply amazed at the tremendous response I have had to this work. It is by far our best-selling item with over 200 pre-publication orders, and the orders are still coming in. The folks here at A&O are doing wondrously keeping up with the requests and trying to mail them out in a timely manner.
What can you pray about with us? Here are some items:
Webcast, webcast, webcast. We have our own program (The Dividing Line) here at aomin.org each Saturday afternoon. I also have the Thursday evening slot on The Voice of Sovereign Grace radio program on WMCA in New York City.
Teaching, teaching, teaching. I am picking up more students through Columbia Evangelical Seminary and I am also teaching both Hebrew and Greek for Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary here in Phoenix. Likewise, I teach regularly as an elder at the Phoenix Reformed Baptist Church.
Writing, writing, writing. As I mentioned, I have just finished writing The Potter’s Freedom, but even before the dust has time to settle, I still have five other book contracts waiting in line! I am currently working on the first of these, a book on Justification by Faith for Bethany House. My schedule has not permitted me much time to work on it, so pray that I may have the opportunity and discipline to meet my publishing deadlines.
