Talked a little about a new video from Ancient Paths TV about Bart Ehrman, playing a few clips and making application. Been a bit distracted! On our “let’s move it to Friday” DL I started with reviewing another Dave Hunt example of “Tradition Gone Wild!” Then we continued with Barry Lynn interviewing John Shelby Spong.
Just one topic today as we had one guest, Dr. Joe Boot of the Ezra Institute up in Canada, pastor of the Westminster Chapel, and author of The Mission of God. Important topics of discussion for ninety minutes!
I only caught the very first portion, but I really enjoyed what Os Guinness had to say on The Bible Answer Man broadcast today. At one point he said, “Modern evangelicals have traded sola scriptura for sola cultura.” Bravo! I hear he will be back on tomorrow. Here’s some info.
