I wanted to extend my sincere thanks to those of you who took the time to click on the “support us” link and join us as a regular supporter. We don’t talk a lot about money around here–not because we are fully supported but just because I have never felt it went well with apologetics. We don’t make marketing calls, we don’t even have a regular mailing list either (I’m such a lousey marketer even back when we did whatever we sent out never paid for itself!). We trust that those who see that we engage in a unique ministry in a pretty unique way will likewise realize that given how small we are and given that we tend to be equal opportunity offenders that we need our (few) friends to stand with us. Every once in a while I need to mention that we are, in fact, supported by just a few churches and a small number of faithful supporters, and in general, I don’t have to do that too often. But since new folks find out about us all the time, that’s required. I happen to believe the folks who see the need for what we do happen to be some of the finest folks around, so I only have to mention our needs and faithful folks step up. So once again, I thank those who did so, and trust that if what we do here on this blog, on the DL, in the materials we publish, the debates we put on, etc., is a blessing to you, you will help us to keep moving forward.
