Just a quick hello from Omaha. Finished the Bible Conference this morning, will be preaching all day tomorrow. After the Conference this morning some of the men from the church took me for a ride…literally. They were kind enough to rent me a 2005 Harley Road Glide motorcycle, and we rode around the Omaha area for a little over three hours. I had never ridden a Harley (I have an older model Yamaha Virago 1100), so it was an experience, to be sure. Here’s a picture of the bike. I was quite nervous—the bike is really designed for someone with longer legs than mine, so I had to work a bit, but more so because I was riding a $20k machine and the last thing I wanted to do was lay it down in some gravel going around a corner somewhere! But that didn’t happen, and we had a great time together.

I am aware that Paul Owen has once again proven that there is no bad theology he is not willing to pawn on folks, and though I’m sure Steve Hays and Eric Svendsen will probably beat me to the punch, I do intend to once again demonstrate that Owen is the quintessential wolf in sheep’s clothing.
