Yesterday I began replying to the comments found in the May, 2005 “Partners in Grace” publication from the Grace Evangelical Society. I conclude my remarks in this entry. Wilkin noted: He criticized me for being overly concerned about works-salvation. I responded by saying that the reason he wasn’t overly concerned about works-salvation is because his view of faith is works-salvation.
Pull the pin, toss the grenade, here we go! I can’t even write out the weird confluence of issues and topics that somehow led to connections between P&P, Sam Shamoun, and TR Onlyism today—but we dove into it! 90 minutes worth with a lot of discussion of a wide variety of issues. I mentioned Scott Oliphint’s new book in a previous post, but the time is drawing near for its release (in July). You can pre-order the book for only $12.19, by clicking here. Emir Caner has posted an article on his website. Emir titled his article “OCD: Obsessive
I guess it is a matter of figuring anyone Gail Riplinger would attack can’t be all bad, but I’ve always kept David Cloud, a well known KJV Only fundamentalist writer, in a little different “group” in my thinking than most of the rest of the KJV Only crowd. But of late I’ve had to rethink that, given his adding anti-Calvinism
For some odd reason someone unknown to me recently posted to a discussion forum one of those e-mails you write because you really feel strongly about something. I had forgotten, but a few years ago Marc Carpenter, one of the more famous Internet Hyper Calvinists, had sent out one of those unsolicited e-mails to a large group of folks (you
