Today I did a DL from Durham, North Carolina. I played a section from the Shabir Ally debate on Monday and discussed the upcoming ministry here in North Carolina.

George Bryson’s book is finally in! But first James reveals the source of Mel Gibson’s movie “The Passion of the Christ,” which is the book “The Dolorous Passion of Our Lord Jesus Christ.” Next, James moves on to exploring “The Dark Side of Calvinism” by George Bryson and analyzing Hank Hanegraaff’s involvement with the BAM debate that the three had.

I decided to dedicate the entire program today to reviewing the first call Michael Brown took on The Line of Fire on Tuesday.  It seemed to provide an excellent basis for actually addressing the most important elements of this controversy.  I didn’t expect to take the whole hour, but, that’s what happened!  Hopefully our listeners will find this a useful

Took one quick call at the top of the hour, then delved into completing Sheikh Awal’s opening statement from his debate in 2009. Covered a good bit of territory in the “how to” of apologetic response, as well as diving a little deeper into John 5.

Examined and responded to Roger Olson’s rather weak attempt to deflect the charge of Marcionism (found here), and then finally got to at least halfway through Austin Fischer’s opening statement in the recent “Calvinism” debate. I will be in Boulder, Colorado on Thursday, and I am uncertain of what Rich’s plans are, so keep an eye out! Here is the
