Today we took the time to review some issues relating to the various forms of criticism of the Bible prevalent in the West, and how these are used, and quite honestly, abused by Muslims. Then we took some calls as well. Here is a video of the teaching portion of the program prior to taking calls:

The Prayer of Jabez book had already sold over 5 million copies, which, unfortunately, would not have happened if it was a balanced representation of Christian prayers in the Bible. The book also misses the sense of the text’s prayer as a covenant oath and misses the biblical concept of blessing, and the biblical sense of answered prayer.

Had an all-British Dividing Line today, discussing a number of items. One caller asked about Mormonism the last half hour so we spent some time on that. We will try to do an all Scottish DL next week!
