We had another jumbo show today. Dr. White addressed a recent ‘Calvinism Dialogue’ at Southwestern Theological Seminary and the comments made from both sides. While he had hoped to fit in more from Bashir Varnia he decided to keep going with reviewing Jerry Walls’ presentation on calvinism and concluded it.

Yesterday we began with a discussion of the atonement and the many attacks upon the biblical concept that are rampant in “evangelicalism” today. Then we took a call about the New Covenant from a “Messianic” perspective, and finished up with a little Shabir Ally.
Today we took the time to review some issues relating to the various forms of criticism of the Bible prevalent in the West, and how these are used, and quite honestly, abused by Muslims. Then we took some calls as well. Here is a video of the teaching portion of the program prior to taking calls:
Since I did not get to my “South Africa trip preparation materials” on yesterday’s very long Dividing Line, I promised to get to it today, on a special Radio Free Damascus Friday program. We had a solid internet connection so we did a full program including playing a “Mystics of India” video and responding to it, and then playing a video from Norman Geisler on the necessity of Thomas Aquinas for Evangelicals. Oddly enough, the two topics connected together fairly well!
