More Attempts at Sneaking Man’s Autonomy into Scripture

Today on the program we started with a devotional/sermon (provided below in video format as well), and then took calls on Mormonism, New Perspectivism, and the nature of righteousness. Went a little long, in fact.

In this episode, James has a dialog with a Mormon about Calvinism. James covers many scriptures and refutes many misconceptions in this dialogue.

As promised we went through Dave Hunt doing his best impersonation of Schultz saying, “I see nothing, NOTHING!” from his radio program. Just a sad, sad thing. Then we had lots of callers (four, I think), to fill up the last half hour. Here’s the program.

We had an important discussion of the recent study showing that “Protestants” are now less than 50% of the US population, and I discussed how the “Nones” are now 20%, and what this means for evangelism and apologetics. Then we went back to Paul Williams’ comments, almost finishing off his opening statement.
