Started off reviewing a call on Catholic Answers Live regarding Purgatory, providing a bit more information than was offered by Jimmy Akin. Then we watched a clip with Ravi Zacharias answering a question about Roman Catholicism, briefly played William Lane Craig on original sin, and then finished up with the famous cross-examination of Peter Stravinskas on 1 Cor. 3. A Multi-Faceted Dividing Line
Covered a wide variety of things yet again on the program today, so a little something for everyone. Started off with the new Roman Catholic apologetics book against Scripture titled, “The Obscurity of Scripture,” and talked a bit about the obscurity not of Scripture, but of Rome itself. We also spent some time reading through Schaff’s discussion of Pope Honorius.
Today on the DL: We Get Robbed! And More Review of Patterson
Mainly just a discussion of issues raised by Dr. Patterson in the continuing review of that material, but also a discussion of how a woman stole our outgoing mail pile this morning, in broad daylight! Just unreal.
DL Time Adjustment in the Morning!
I have duties to attend to at home, so rather than just canceling the DL for Tuesday, we will do it early: 9:30am MST, 11:30am EST, and 3:30am in Sydney, Australia (David Ould was just whining in channel about this). I need to make sure our friends at Liberty know about this, lest they miss anything at all. 🙂
