Either I’m getting old and forgetful (probably), need a secretary (definitely), or I’m way behind on writing a book and that’s all my little brain can keep up with (for certain), but I did not blog any of this week’s programs! Yikes. What’s worse, I told the same story on both programs! Well, let’s hope if I start doing the
Today I spent the entire program answering six questions sent in on the topic of Reformed theology. I hope the answers given are useful and edifying. A few comments at the end about the contrast between these serious questions and some of the looniness currently being seen out on the net.
Started off briefly reminding folks that A&O is a ministry that depends on individuals for our continued support. Also mentioned that we have a travel fund that allows me to get to all the places I go and minister to many who would not be able to bring me in otherwise. There were three major topics on the DL today (after the opening discussion of some urgent situations where the people of God need to bring certain issues before the throne of grace): first, an article published today on Revelation 16:5 and the Textus Receptus; then, a rather lengthy review of Andy Stanley’s sermon from Sunday on the Bible and Christianity.

Brother Breda claims to have been “a Calvinist for ten years,” and is now producing videos exposing this “lie of the enemy.” Well, he attempted to walk through John 6 (give him credit!), and we are reviewing that attempt. Had
Spent the first hour going over developments over the past few days, including discussions of the Washington Rally with the National Council of Churches, the MLK50 Conference, Martin Luther King’s own professed theology, Thabiti Anyabwile’s imputation of guilt to our grandparents, and finally Kyle J. Howard’s public statement that he would not feel “safe” meeting with me alone “as a
Went about seven minutes long today so I could conclude a few thoughts in response to David Allen. First I gave about a 15 minute report on the London/Durham trips, then I launched into a Radio Free Geneva! I contrasted how Dr. Allen has treated me with how I approached the Mark Seifrid situation back in 2004, and then played
I’m sorry I haven’t gotten to commenting on our memory verses…it’s a busy week for most of us, of course, and even more so for me. In any case, I just got more big news to announce on the DL tonight! 2006 is going to be simply incredible for Alpha and Omega Ministries. While I’m truly excited, I also realize
