Jesus in the Bible and the Qur’an Part 3

   This morning I listened to an information-packed, highly useful lecture by Dr. Patrick Sookhdeo of the Barnabas Fund. Even if Islam is not “your topic,” you cannot afford to remain in the dark about it, and this lecture is tremendously useful. I challenge you to find the time to listen and learn!

   Since the Seattle debate Shabir Ally and I have been posting various commentaries on elements of the debate. Obviously, Shabir has had more time to be doing this than I have, but we have both posted some rather lengthy commentary on particular points. I will continue to comment as time allows, but I am certain I will not be able

   Make your question short, succinct, direct. Make sure it is a relevant question. We give instructions to the audience every time we have audience questions with an open microphone. Thankfully, we have pretty well stopped doing that (we ask for written questions now), but when folks insist upon having that format, it is always interesting.    Nowhere was this more true

A caller on the last DL asked about something I have noted a few times in the past regarding the text of the Qur’an. As it would take a while to type all of this out, I will address it on the DL on Tuesday instead. But for now, in fulfillment of my promise to provide the information, here it
