New Year “Laws” in California Show Deep Commitment to the Culture of Death

Well, the Cox guy comes out, says we should be fixed up, and…boom, five minutes before the DL, once again, we are dead in the water. Thankfully, the Cox guy was just leaving. He can’t find anything wrong here, so this is all in the “main office,” but he isn’t getting anywhere with them, either. Somebody is playing games anyway.

Had a wonderful time talking with R.C. Sproul about the gospel for the first half hour, then Mel Duncan (J. Ligon Duncan’s brother) for the second half hour. Enjoy!

Today I was joined by Dr. Michael Kruger, President of Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte, North Carolina.  Dr. Kruger has written numerous books that are high on our “you must read this book” list, such as Canon Revisited and The Question of Canon; he likewise contributed to and edited The Heresy of Orthodoxy and The Early Text of the New Testament.

Covered a range of items again today, starting off with a truly excellent Christopher Hitchens impression by yours truly (really, I mean it!), and some discussion of his hatred of God, followed by a call from Stephen up in Toronto about the Deedat videos and Dave Hunt’s debate with Shabir Ally coming up. Then I reviewed Steve Ray’s comments on
