Sorry About the DL Today!
James White, , The Dividing Line
I did the DL today: but there is no recording of it. Sorry! Rich was sick, I had only a few minutes to try to set everything up and do it all myself, and I simply forgot to start the recording before the program began. I probably should have just used that hour for something more useful anyway, I guess!

Another Potpourri of Topics, Including the Future of Mormonism
James White, , Christian Worldview, General Apologetics, Homosexuality, Mormonism, Post-Evangelicalism, Racialism, Reformed Apologetics, The Dividing Line
Covered a lot of topics including Don Lemon’s comments from 2013 (and how I said the exact same thing in 2016), as well as his “Jesus wasn’t perfect” comments from yesterday. Looked at a new X-Ray map of the universe, and finished up looking at the future of Mormonism.

The Great Divorce, Provisionism and the God-fearers, NT Wright on Abortion
James White, , Abortion, Christian Worldview, Post-Evangelicalism, Provisionism, The Dividing Line
Lots of different topics covered today, starting with the uproar between Trump and Musk but moving on to wider topics. Then we looked at some comments from Leighton Flowers about “God-fearers,” and finished up with a brief discussion about NT Wright’s defense of abortion in “extreme circumstances.”

James White, , The Dividing Line

Of course we wandered off topic a few times, and took some good calls at the end as well, but mainly we focused on the book, and especially the portion dealing with the Jewish

James White, , Abortion, CBGM, Christian Worldview, Church History, Exegesis, General Apologetics, Iglesia Ni Christo, King James Onlyism, Pauline Studies, Persecution, Post-Evangelicalism, Racialism, Reformed Apologetics, Textual Issues, The Dividing Line
Took time to make some comments on Jemar Tisby’s new book, The Color of Compromise. Please note I forgot to read through a key paragraph initially, so after the open phones segment I read that paragraph and made some comments thereon (right at the end of the show). Then we finished up the relevant portions of Steven Anderson’s first video, and

Way Late on This…
James White, , The Dividing Line
Though the file is up, evidently, I’m the only one who can post the DL announcements, and since I left right after the program, and then flew up to Salt Lake, no one posted the DL from last Thursday. My apologies, we really need to get some other folks who can do this so that it doesn’t fall through the
