James asks quiz questions related to apologetics and gives away books to the callers. Questions on Roman Catholicism, Mormonism, Jehovah’s Witnesses, and Oneness Pentecostals.

Briefly addressed the “Bill Nye the Science Guy” issue, then spent most of the hour discussing the nit-picking criticisms of an Ephesians 4:14 man relating to my comments on the NoCoEver video (in the process looking at some interesting statements from Athanasius that are useful in apologetics) before very briefly returning to the Paul Williams presentation.

Man, too many things going on. Forgot again. Sorry. Here’s today’s DL…quick review of…stuff I’m doing, upcoming Long Island Debate, good calls on the Wilkin debate, Billy Graham crusades, and some Open Theism stuff. Wow, a true potpourri. Here it is.

It should not be overly surprising to anyone that given the Ehrman debate is a week from tomorrow that the topic would be…New Testament textual issues! So we continued listening to the Infidel Guy/Ehrman program, this time getting into where the train jumped the tracks, i.e., where the Infidel Guy discovered Ehrman, unlike his other heroes, actually believes Jesus existed!

I decided to read over every text in the Qur’an that mentions the name of Jesus on the Dividing Line today. I thought that would only take a portion of the program, but I ended up barely sneaking it into the normal time frame! Many folks in our chat channel found the program tremendously educational. I hope you do, too!
