Western Rush to Moral Anarchy and Paul Williams at Speaker’s Corner
James White, , Christian Worldview, General Apologetics, Homosexuality, Islam, The Dividing Line
Pretty well split the program in half, the first being on developments in the ongoing rush to rid Western culture of the last vestiges of civilization and morality, and the second focusing upon Muslim apologist Paul Williams and his comments at Speaker’s Corner in London. Would love to challenge Williams to defend his statements in public debate on May 13th

A Sad Twitter Thread, an Hour on the Knowledge and Decree of God
James White, , Christian Worldview, Pastoral Theology, Post-Evangelicalism, The Dividing Line, Theology Matters
Started off with a few minutes on another example of how fear and panic has molded the minds of people in the West since the beginning of 2020, and then transitioned into some more in-depth discussion about God’s decree and His knowledge. This then allowed us to talk about the concept of “middle knowledge” and its role in the Counter-Reformation,

Microphone Testing, Living Out, Traditional Textism and the Longer Ending of Mark
James White, , General Apologetics, Homosexuality, Reformed Apologetics, Reformed Baptist Issues, Textual Issues, The Dividing Line
Started off with technical issues, to be honest (tried a new microphone that didn’t work out well, yet, anyway), and then eventually discussed Tom Buck’s currently running series of articles on Living Out. Then moved to the Traditional Text position (TR) finishing up with a look at the endings of Mark. We will be back on Thursday of this week. Don’t forget

“Cage-Stage Calvinist”
James White, , The Dividing Line
Started off the program with a call from Dublin, Ireland on how to avoid being a “cage-stage Calvinist,” that was quite useful. Also listened to Dan Barker claiming Calvin preached from the KJV, and finished the program with a discussion of “kufir” in Islamic theology.

Response to Anthony Buzzard and More
James White, , The Dividing Line
Started off responding to the video I posted yesterday, and recording it for posting on YouTube: Then we moved on to discuss a number of things, including the cowardice of Richard Dawkins, the moral depravity of rebellion against God’s creative purpose in gender, and the depth of darkness one plunges into when one abandons the truth and believes a lie.

Tomorrow’s DL will be…Radio Free Geneva!
James White, , The Dividing Line
Remember Brother Jack’s (now private) video “sermon” explaining why I am going to hell (and why I’m a jerk, an idiot, stupid, etc.)? Well, I was told this morning that he is going to call the program tomorrow so, I listened to his entire presentation while riding today and decided that with a bit of effort I can, in fact,

Went just over 90 minutes today on the program, wandering about a bit at the start on church history issues and Ignatius, and then moving on to discuss the Andy Stanley comments in the interview with Russell Moore, finishing off with a half hour plus walk-through of 1 Corinthians 1:18ff. Theology matters! Here is the YouTube link:
